Projects we support
Ukuthasa has been working in partnership with a
number of projects since its inception in 1995. As a
small charity we partner with local NGOs (non-
government organisations) in Africa. Our current focus
is: counselling and support for women in crisis as a
result of pregnancy, providing pre-school and early
years education in disadvantaged communities and life-
skills training and mentorship through sport.
Ukuthasa has made tangible differences in the lives of
people who have been affected by circumstances. We
believe in empowering those who have been
disadvantaged and giving them hope. We have trained,
mentored, counselled and educated young people,
women and men in order to make a positive impact on
their future. Our aim is to cover the full spectrum of
need to bring about change.
